Butternut squash, pumpkin, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes and pears…just a few of the REAL in-season ingredients in this week’s meal ideas that you can easily transform into AMAZINGLY delicious meals for you and your family!

Butternut squash is the ideal Fall ingredient for not just one, but two meals…the One-Pot Moroccan Butternut Squash and Quinoa (so good we can’t wait to make it again!) and the Fall Pumpkin Salad (roasting the butternut squash sends its flavors over the top!).  Pears add just the right sweetness in the Pear and Brussels Sprouts Salad…this one would definitely impress your guests at the Thanksgiving table.  (Try it and see what you think!)  Whether you want to relax and enjoy a leisurely weekend breakfast, want to change it up and have breakfast for dinner, or need a breakfast idea to serve overnight holiday guests, the Dutch Baby Pancake with Pears is excellent.
