Week of November 1, 2021 - Weekly Meal Ideas


In the spirit of Halloween week, we have included some festive meal ideas!  If you need something that practically cooks itself so you can get your trick-or-treaters ready, try the Slow Cooker Autumn Pork Tacos – so very good and the slow cooker does the majority of the work!  Plus, make it more fun by spiralizing the apples for the topping — the kids will love it!

We hope you had a chance to check out Tuesday’s coaching tip…all about apples!  We hope you were inspired!  Some other great ideas this week include the Zesty Apple & Brussels Sprouts Salad, the Maple Roasted Acorn Squash & Apples, and apples add the perfect touch to the Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal Cups.
