Spring is officially here and, fortunately, we have even experienced a few days where it actually feels like it!  If you are like us, you have greatly missed fresh, in-season ingredients like asparagus, so it’s the perfect time to pick some up and use it on a pizza or in a delicious pasta dish!  Because under the circumstances, most of us are getting in the kitchen more now, RIGHT?!  The Shallot, Asparagus, & Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza and the Pasta with Mint, Lemon and Spring Peas are ideal reasons to include some fresh asparagus in your meals!

In the mood for something different?  Enjoy an Indian inspired cuisine with the Slow Cooker Indian Spiced Chicken that pairs perfectly with the Cauliflower Korma with Caramelized Onions.  Or, fire up the grill and enjoy a meal idea that will make it feel like spring…the Tropical Salmon Sandwich…it’s perfect for Lenten Friday!
