Happy St. Patrick’s Week! We have some festive, great-tasting ideas this week to help get your green on! Celebrate in style with the Guinness-Marinated Bison Steak Sandwiches along with the Greek-Inspired Baked Fries (our son says “these rock!”). Speaking of kids, both of ours loved the Green Minestrone…and the Caesar Salad with Avocado Dressing was highly-approved by our Caesar salad-loving daughter! And, a shout out to my cousin, who helped turn our Grandma’s spinach balls into a healthier version…The Skinny Spinach Clusters! For any Dr. Seuss fans…we have even included Green Eggs and Ham — REAL food style!
Any guesses what March 14th is? It’s Pi Day! (This is probably common sense to most people, but I didn’t get it at first…3/14 represents the Pi decimal 3.14!)
