Hello June…and hello summer! As we launch into hot and humid weather (at least here in the Midwest), this week’s meal ideas include a combination of meals that let you enjoy the outdoors (including the grill) as well as some that will help keep you cool and refreshed!

Take advantage of the end of asparagus season with the Lamb Crostini with Asparagus Gremolata (delicious appetizer or light dinner!) and enjoy radishes in the Radishes with Sugar Snap Peas and Dill – they are both packed with flavor!
