Please don’t ask me to pick a favorite this week…too many of them are incredibly good, and I’m not sure I could choose which one I like the best! Whether you pick up fresh basil from your local store, farmers’ market or are lucky enough to have some growing in your backyard, get your hands on some and try the Thai Basil Beef Skillet (amazing flavor!) and the Cherry Tomato Margherita Pizza (WOWZA!) — we think you will be glad you did!
The Minted Orzo Salad is perfect for summer — I had friend tell us “it tastes so light and clean!” – that’s REAL food at its best! The Grilled Balsamic Chicken Legs make my mouth water just thinking about them and the Cobb Salad with REAL Green Goddess Dressing is one of our favorite go-to salads!
If at all possible, visit the farmers’ market this weekend and pick up from fresh, local ingredients! This will take the flavor of your meals to a whole new level! For this week’s meal ideas, be on the lookout for fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, greens, beets, carrots, onions, peppers, eggs, chicken…and whatever else you can’t resist!
