As we embrace the winter season (and enjoying the food, not the bitter temperatures!), many of the ideas this week are ideal for busy weeknights…they come together quickly and taste great!
The flavor combinations in the Italian Vegetable Stew and Sweet Potato Burrito Bowl are incredible, and the Ground Beef and Spinach Skillet is a delicious way to sneak in some leafy greens!
