To celebrate all things summer, we have included some great ideas this week…of course, helping you make the most of fresh, in-season ingredients!
Savor Hatch Chile season while you can and enjoy the Chicken Burrito Bowls with Hatch Chile Pico de Gallo — it’s crazy good! You know how we love grilling, so to keep it interesting, we encourage you to try the Salmon Kabobs with Creamy Dill Sauce…they were a hit!
This week is also filled with delicious sides that would be ideal to serve as appetizers, snacks or light lunches — the Watermelon Blueberry Salad and Caprese Bruschetta are both incredibly delicious and were inspired by local restaurants during our summer travels. And, the Tuscan Summer Minestrone and Zucchini Fettuccine Alfredo not only make great dinners…the leftovers are also fantastic the next day for lunch!
