Wouldn’t it be great to pick up a pre-packaged meal with the ingredients together so it was ready to take home and cook?!  Well, you are in luck!  The Seafood Shop has put together a pre-packaged meal of the Simple Seasoned Catfish Sandwich for you to do just that!  See more details below in the REAL DEALS!

We have several Fall favorites this week too – the One Pot Oktoberfest, Butternut Squash Salad and the Thai Red Curry Pumpkin Hummus are all amazing ways to enjoy the flavors of Fall!  I can’t say enough good things about the Vietnamese Meatballs – these were a hit with the whole family!  We hope you enjoy!

Starting Friday, Oct 3, The Seafood Shop will have 10 Simple Seasoned Catfish meals available for Get REAL Wichita members for the exclusive price of $20!  All of the ingredients are included, so with a few simple steps, a great-tasting meal is ready to enjoy!  They are first come, first serve, so call to reserve yours (425-8862)!  This would be a great, easy way to try this fantastic fish sandwich in this week’s meal ideas!

Two more weeks for the Old Town Farmer’s Market — Saturday, October 11th is the last day until Spring!  Take advantage of these last two weekends and use your coupons to stock up on Chile Slinger BBQ sauce and La Tradicion tortillas!  And, don’t forget to visit Graze the Prairie while you are there!

You have until the end of October to enjoy the deals at the Kansas Grown Farmer’s Market at 21st and Ridge!

  • Southwest Corner Farm will be there with a free tomato for Get REAL Wichita members and a discount on late season tomatoes you can use for your Simple Seasoned Catfish Sandwich!
