Take advantage of a 2-for-1 meal with the Slow Cooker Beef Brisket, which easily turns into the Brisket French Dip Sandwiches another night — and even includes a mouthwatering broth for dipping!

As we prepare for Mother’s Day, the Curry Roasted Vegetable Pasta or Salmon Taco Salad with Avocado Chimichurri would both be great meals to enjoy — and the Glazed Lemon Chia Seed Muffins would be a perfect sweet treat for mom this Mother’s Day…hint! hint!
