Spring has officially started, so we are loading the meal ideas with more Spring-inspired ingredients and meals!
We hope you have a very enjoyable and blessed Easter weekend with family and friends! If you are anything like us, you may be swimming in leftover hard boiled eggs and ham, and if so, you are in luck! We have included several ideas to put them to good use!
If you have leftover ham, the Split Pea and Ham Soup and Classic Ham Cobb Salad are both really delicious and great Springtime meals! What about all those eggs? The Scallion and Asparagus Salad is super light and refreshing and the Avocado Egg Salad is crazy good — has to be one of our favorite ways to make egg salad! Plus, the Fresh Salad with Deviled Egg Inspired Vinaigrette lets you use those eggs in a homemade dressing that is super-easy to prepare!
If you are itching to get outside and fire up the grill, both the Rosemary Swiss Burgers and Blackened Chicken with Mango and Chimichurri have mind-blowing flavors! (They are also excellent cooked inside, so you can’t go wrong, either way!)
Enjoy and Happy Easter!
