Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  Hopefully, you have had a chance to celebrate today…including some festive food and drinks!

Since Easter will be here next week, we wanted to bring you some delicious and seasonal meal ideas that would be great for Easter weekend and are also fantastic options as we head into Spring!  The Mouthwatering Slow Cooker Lamb will give you an amazing meal the first time around, and then the leftovers can be used for the incredibly good Greek Inspired Lamb Tacos!

Ready to fire up the grill?  The Glazed Salmon Sandwiches are excellent grilled!

Or, go vegetarian and enjoy the Spring Minestrone and Chickpeas Florentine with Portobellos and Peppers!
