Happy St. Patrick’s Week! We know we loaded you up last week with ideas to get your green on, but we couldn’t resist…we had to add a couple more this week. The Guinness-Marinated Bison Beef Sandwiches and the Crispy Gnocchi with Basil Pesto are both winners! Our son even proclaimed, “WOW! This gnocchi is really good…can I eat the rest?!”
