Week of January 26, 2015 - Weekly Meal Ideas


If you are like us, you are always looking for delicious and easy…and this week includes several of those!  The Mediterranean Inspired Pork Tenderloin, with its raisin and pine nut relish, was a huge hit with the whole family and was so simple to make!  This Spicy Fish Taco Bowl is a great weeknight meal!  The baked Honey Garlic Chicken was another winner and the Slow Cooker Beef Ragu was the perfect way to get dinner on the table quick – don’t you love it when the slow cooker does all the work?!  We have also included a really tasty way to make grain-free Italian Breadsticks!
