Why We Like It
Add a little pizzazz to your berries by including them in this unique fruit salad that also includes powerhouse ingredients like chia seeds and nuts. A heavenly combination!
Make the Salad:
- 1 apple (any color or variety, cored and chopped, unpeeled)
- 1/2 pint strawberries (sliced, about 1 cup)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed if frozen)
- 1/2 cup (5.3 oz) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp dried chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 2 Tbsp walnuts (chopped)
Add to a medium size bowl and stir to combine.
