Why We Like It

Put it all together:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 apple (cored, peeling is optional)
- 2 cups kale (or spinach)
Remembering to always start with the liquid (to keep the blades moving), place in a blender or food processor, along with 1-2 cups of ice, and blend until smooth.
If you would like your smoothie thicker, add 1/2 to 1 cup more ice and blend again.
