Inspired by a sandwich we enjoyed during a trip to Montana, we had to recreate the Roasted Cauliflower Sandwich to share with all of you! The combination of the roasted cauliflower, Romesco sauce, and shredded cabbage and apple give this amazing flavor! Serve it with the Kale Salad with Walnuts & Cranberries for a delicious fall meal.
And give your cauliflower some flair with the Honey Lime Sriracha Cauliflower – a great way to satisfy a Sriracha craving! It would be ideal served alongside the Spaghetti Squash Paid Thai, which comes together really quick.
