Week of December 4, 2023 - Weekly Meal Ideas


We hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving last week…and discovered some great-tasting ways to take advantage of all those leftovers.  Just in case you still have leftover turkey hanging around, we have included a fantastic Spanish Turkey Stew this week — it’s quick, easy, and really delicious!  It would go great with the Jicama Fries.

The combination of spices such as cacao, smoked paprika and allspice create a phenomenal flavor-loaded rub for the Cacao Spiced Pork Tenderloin (it is a family favorite in our house)!  It always gets rave reviews and is ideal with the Rich Red Wine Sauteed Mushrooms.  And of course, if you enjoy wine, this is the perfect meal to savor your favorite glass of red wine!

For a different spin on tacos, we think you will love the Tempeh Tacos – delicious and healthy, especially with the Rainbow Vegetable Slaw!
