Toasting nuts can add great flavor and crunch — check out our coaching tip for more info! There are two simple ways to do it:
On the stove: add nuts to a small dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until toasted and fragrant. Warning…watch them closely, they brown quickly!
In the oven: spread nuts onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, and then stir to toss, and bake another 3-5 minutes until browned and toasted.
